Along with Rayovo, Belchin is one of the most significant of the Eastern Borovets spa regions. This is because it is one of the closest residential areas to the spa itself and has great access to mineral swimming pools, open countryside and is a good tourist attraction, particularly in summer time. For any visit to this beautiful region, Belchin village must be seen.

  Just outside of the village is a relatively well known outdoor swimming complex which uses exclusively mineral water. With slides and entertainment for children, it is a popular place for families with children to spend a few hours. It is only open in summer and famous Bulgaria folk singers are known to visit and sometimes there are even small concerts. In summer, the weather gets very warm (up to 35C) so trips out to such facilities are always nice.
